How to Use:

1. Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel as the base coat on your nails.
2. Let the Blooming Gel slightly dry, but do not cure it completely.
3. Choose your desired colored polish and apply a thin layer over the Blooming Gel.
4. Allow the colored polish to "bloom" and spread naturally on the semi-dried Blooming Gel.
5. Once you achieve the desired effect, cure the nails under a UV/LED lamp to set the design.
6. Apply a top coat for added protection and shine.
